We are Linda & Malcolm Edeson. Having holidayed in Tenerife for many years we decided to buy an apartment we could use ourselves and by our friends and family. The beauty of Tenerife is that you can Holiday there all year round, the temperature rarely drops below 21C/71F.

In order to assist with the costs of running the apartment (community fees and local rates/charges/services) we started to rent our apartment out. We then saw another apartment in the same complex (Panorama) and bought that, so we could holiday with friends. Again, we rents that one out also.

Finally we saw a magnificent 2-bedroom apartment in Sunset Bay which we fell in love with and yes, we bought that as well.

One thing that was paramount in our minds when buying was that the apartment would be one we would be over-the-moon the stay in ourselves. Sea Views, Modern Equipment, Quite Location and with everything within easy walking distance.

It would be selfish to keep this all to ourselves and we get a lot of pleasure out of renting our apartments and giving our guests a Holiday to remember.
